Mentoring and Team Building

Training Program for New hires (high potential candidates) and their work skill development

The R&D / UNS at MGT is a unique program to induct and develop high potential candidates with:

  • Substantial Technical depth

  • Systems Thinking and knowledge integration skills

I was hired as the second candidate in the program. Since 2015 I have been leading the R&D team at MGT. A team of two people has now evolved into a well-structured R&D department. I have been mentoring this team of five in their projects, which range from mechanical design, electronics to grinding process physics.
